Falls Cove on Tour
This spring, Falls Cove is rolling out the welcome mat. The community is on both the Home Builders Association of Charlotte (HBAC) annual Parade of Homes and the Lake Norman Home Builders Association (LNHBA) Regatta Parade of Homes.

The HBAC Parade of Homes runs May 9-11, 16-18 and 23-25, and will feature Falls Cove 68 and 111. In addition, Falls

Cove 94, 102, 107, 109 and 124 will be open June 7-8, 14-15 and 21-22 during the LNHBA Regatta Parade of Homes.

Charlotte Still Making Headlines
Charlotte continues to take top honors for a growing and appreciating market. Charlotte Business Journal reported that Charlotte was the only metropolitan area in the country where housing prices went up in January. The S&P/Case-Schiller Home Price Index shows that although January prices declined 10.7 percent nationally, prices increased 1.8 percent in Charlotte.
