The 10-acre amenity area will be centered around the Family Activities Center, designed to bring families and neighbors together. It will feature exercise areas, kids' and multipurpose rooms and more. And, with a full-time activities director on staff, you’ll find plenty of organized activities and opportunities for the entire family.

Falls Cove residents will enjoy all the amenity area has to offer, including:

• Lazy river
• Kids’ splash pool
• Six tennis courts for league play
• Playground
• Function lawn

And, nearby Lake Norman State Park offers even more recreational opportunities. Spanning 1,328 acres, the park offers hiking, fishing, camping, biking, swimming and boating.

Protective of the Environment
Falls Cove's peaceful location offers another natural amenity benefitting homeowners – the environment. As you take a family walk on our seven miles of nature trails, it's likely you'll spot a scarlet tanager, belted kingfisher or one of the more than 40 different species of birds that have been spotted in Falls Cove. And, more than 120 bird species will probably visit or reside in the community throughout the year. We're even creating a bird sanctuary designed to attract rare species.

Crescent is partnering with Audubon Environmental, the technical services arm of Audubon International, to create a natural resource protection and management plan for the community's cove, stream corridors and wetlands. Audubon Environmental will provide a guide to educate Falls Cove homeowners about the environment in which they live, how their actions affect the environment and steps they can take to protect it.
