Falls Cove’s team of talented Lake Norman home builders will construct the new homes in the community. You can purchase a homesite and build a custom home with a builder of your choice or purchase a new home already under construction. Most of the builders have built in one or more of Crescent’s communities, and all of them are based in North Carolina.

The unique architecture you'll find throughout Falls Cove is a twist on the traditional Craftsman-style home. We call it Southern Artisan. And, members of our Builder Guild ensure that the same attention to detail and design sensibilities stay true throughout Falls Cove, while creating distinct, one-of-a-kind, luxury custom homes.To further ensure quality, Builder Guild members work with our Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to make certain the highest of standards are maintained and value is protected through the entire process.
