Peggy Bleiberg, a North Carolina real estate broker, brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to the Falls Cove sales team. Peggy joined Crescent Communities Realty at SailView in 2004, after working as a sales agent for Niblock Development Corp. in Concord, N.C. Bleiberg has also served as sales manager at Toll Brothers, Inc. in Charlotte, and she specialized in on-site home sales for Fortis Homes® from 1986 to 1996.

Jim Lamb, also a North Carolina real estate broker, has more than 15 years real estate experience. Jim joins the Falls Cove sales team from SailView. He also served as a sales agent at Niblock Development Corp. and Prudential Carolinas Realty in the Charlotte area. In addition, Jim served in the Army Reserves for six years.

Lucy Shearer joins the Falls Cove team from The Point, a Crescent community on the eastern shore of Lake Norman. This Wake Forest University graduate and North Carolina native has more than 20 years of real estate experience, much of it in the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas. Prior to joining Crescent Communities, Lucy worked as a sales agent and manager for Kennerly Development Group.
